Andrew C. Florance

Andrew "Andy" Florance is the founder and chief executive officer of CoStar Group, a Washington-based company that provides information on commercial real estate. Mr. Florance is a recognized authority for analysis of commercial real estate markets and a frequent speaker on commercial real estate at industry events.

Mr. Florance received a BA in economics from Princeton University. He completed his chairmanship of the Board of Beauvoir School in June 2016.

He served as Chapter Chair from 2019-2022.
